It is used by network specialists but it requires technical expertise and can only diagnose the problem. Something else that someone might suggest is that we use the Wireshark networking tool. You certainly can't see valid connections that way and it might be preventing other computers from connecting that you want to connect. It might be like hiding my head in the ground so I don't see the problem. And I am not sure it will disable douglas and devices like that if someone tells me to do that then I want to be able to have enough confidence in them that it is not just hiding the problem from me. But then you won't see anything in "Network" in your Files Explorer and I assume elsewhere. There you can turn off "Network discovery". You can go to "Control Panel" then "Network and Sharing Center" then in the left side click "Change advanced sharing settings". Could a neighbor have gotten a Kindle and aimed it at my network?
