What is your Hard disk Product Key & Serial number? It took 17 days to find out the CD Key,Yes the original one.I made a program thru which I got the number back after much permutation & combination,Ufff nightmare. I then put my nose inside the Computer & digged out the Registry. Thank you for Calling Microsoft Services,Have a nice day. For Product Activation Sir,we can help you if you have the Key with you Sir, Good heavens, Then why are you people sitting there? Okay I am sending the Cd back to you find the number & send me back,agree? The problem is you think I have stolen the Cd from someone,& I dont have the number with me so I am seeking help from you? (I got infuriated) I need the Cd key you morons, expalin why you cant? Just Un-offically asking why do you deny to provide the Cd number, Sorry Sir ,We cant do anything if you lost the key,Lost the Cd or The bill from where you purchased,We can replace a CD is it is scratched,damaged while transport etc or The CD Did not reach you in time. rahul,Wait let me tell you my problem,Said Everything to him, "10 minutes hold music"& what I can do with MS Products Lecture. No way sir, we are extremely sorry,we cant help, Write to Microsoft. Then you cant get the Product key,Right Sir,? Do you have the Cover in which the CD is packed? I cant bail out Rs.7,200/- anymore, But I have the CD & the case also with me.
I do agree the inconvenience Sir,!but we cant help. What non-sense I have the CD with me Am i Clear? Sorry sir, We cant help you out,Please buy another copy. I told them I lost the Key but the Orignial CD is with me,What do I do? I called up MS they said "This is Deepa from Miscsoft Product Activation Please Give me the number required"
